How a promo code, a voucher code and a referral code differ
Players search for all three words, and Krikya uses all three for different things. The table shows where each one is entered and who needs it, so a deposit code is not mixed up with a voucher.

The three never replace each other. The deposit code decides which bonus your money earns, the voucher is redeemed on its own page, and the referral code only matters at sign-up. Krikya voucher code
The voucher has its own page in the menu of your Krikya account, and you reach it after you log in. It sits apart from the dropdown that you use when you deposit.
Where vouchers are claimed
Open the account menu once you are logged in and go to the voucher page; that is where a voucher is redeemed. If you are not logged in yet, start with the Krikya login page.
Codes passed around in messages
Deposit codes never have to be bought or received from anyone: they are the offer names listed in the next section, picked from the dropdown. For anything sent in messages, Krikya's own announcement sets the rule:
KRIKYA will never ask you to send money to any third party account. Do not share your personal information such as login information, payment receipt or OTP with anyone.

Four codes cover the two welcome offers. Each is picked from the deposit dropdown before a first deposit of ৳500 or more, and each sets the product, the cap and the turnover.

The first three belong to the First-Time Deposit Bonus, and you pick the one for the product you will play. Krikya lists the offer as "up to ৳53,000", which is ৳18,000 + ৳20,000 + ৳15,000, the three caps added together. The fourth code opens the first of four steps of the 500% Super Welcome Bonus; its steps 2 to 4 have no code and are requested in live chat. Both welcome offers are first-deposit offers and cannot be used together, so one code goes with the first deposit. Codes for the weekly offers
The weekly offers have their own names in the dropdown. The minimum deposit is ৳200 on all of them, and the times are GMT+6.

The operator's headline for the first three is "60% up to ৳75,000"; that is 3 × 20% and 3 × ৳25,000, and each code gives 20% on its own product. They can be claimed once a week. Krikya offers that have no code in the list
Not every offer has a code. Some are requested in live chat or customer service, and the cashback is credited on its own.

How to use a promo code at deposit
Using a code takes three steps on the deposit screen, and the order of the steps matters: the code comes before the send button.

After the deposit goes through the bonus is credited automatically. Check the wallet before you play.
Worked example
Take a first deposit of ৳500 with the slots code. The bonus is 100%, so ৳500 more, and the turnover is (deposit + bonus) × 14, that is (৳500 + ৳500) × 14 = ৳14,000. The turnover is counted on the deposit as well as the bonus, and the bonus is valid for 30 days. Why a Krikya promo code may not apply
When a code does not apply, the six tiles cover the conditions in Krikya's terms that block a bonus: timing, product, minimum, repeat use, combining and live chat steps.
