How to log in to Krikya
Logging in to Krikya takes two things: the Username and Password you chose when you signed up. The Login button sits in the header of the operator's site and, on a phone, in the bottom bar next to Sign Up.

Before your first deposit or withdrawal Krikya asks you to verify your phone number with an OTP code.

What you need before you sign in
You need an account in your own name. Krikya says each player can have only one account, and every promotion excludes multiple accounts. At sign-up you also confirmed that you are 18 or older. The sign-up form is walked through on Krikya registration.
When to tick "Keep me signed in"
The login window has a "Keep me signed in" tick box. It saves you retyping the details, but whoever picks up your unlocked phone then opens your wallet too. This site's advice: tick it only on a device that only you use, and never on a shared or borrowed phone.
The phone check after you sign in
After you log in, Krikya asks you to verify your phone number by OTP before you can deposit or withdraw. Without it Krikya shows "Phone number is not verified" and holds the deposit or withdrawal, so do it once at the start. Deposits, the first withdrawal and the form are covered on Krikya registration.
Krikya লগইন on the Bengali interface
Krikya's interface comes in Bengali and English, and Bengali is the default. If you searched for লগইন and ended up here, the login steps are the same in both languages.

Which address to use for Krikya login
Krikya's working site address changes from time to time, while krikya.com stays the same and forwards to the live site. That makes krikya.com the one address to save for logging in.

Why a copied link with a number is not a reason to log in there
Start from krikya.com, which on forwards to the live site, and type your details only on the site you reached that way. A link in a message, a comment or from a stranger is not the same thing: Krikya says it will never ask you to send money to a third-party account, and never to share login information, a payment receipt or an OTP with anyone.

Forgot your Krikya password or can't log in?
There are two roads. Krikya's FAQ sends you to customer service when you press Forgot Password, and the "Forgot your password?" form asks for your phone number and sends reset instructions by SMS. The tiles below cover the usual blockers.

Reset with customer service
Krikya's FAQ says that pressing Forgot Password links you to online customer service, and that "the 24-hour online customer service will provide you with a solution after passing a professional verification plan". Keep the details of your account ready for that check.
Reset by SMS from the form
The form is titled "Forgot your password?" and says "Enter your phone number to reset"; Krikya then sends a reset password instruction by SMS. The FAQ describes the support route, so if no SMS arrives, go to customer service.
Changing your phone number

Username and password rules
Both the Username and the Password take letters and digits only, and Krikya does not accept a Username that is the same as the Password. The length limits and the other fields are listed on Krikya registration.
Rules that can lock your Krikya account
Krikya's terms list the situations in which it may disable an account, and several of them begin at the login: a second account, someone else using yours, a name that does not match. Under section 15.1 each of them lets Krikya void winnings or freeze the balance.

What section 15.1 of the terms allows
Section 15.1 of Krikya's T&C lets it void winnings, freeze or confiscate a balance and disable an account for reasons that include more than one active account, wrong registration details, documents not provided on request, access by a third party even if unintended, and a payment-account name that does not match the registered name. Under section 15.3 the decision is final and not open to review or appeal; Krikya says it gives reasonable notice unless it legally or practically cannot.
Deposits only from your own verified number
The cashier applies the same rule to payments: a deposit from an unverified or unregistered account number is not acceptable and may result in loss of funds.
